Since his 1989 solo debut Wild Obsession and no later than the 1991 breakthrough, Nasty Reputation, Axel Rudi Pell has been a firm fixture in the German Melodic Hard Rock scene. In the musical microcosm Axel has always had everything in its traditional place, all the while still moving it forward continuously. After a long string of critically acclaimed albums throughout the 90s and into the new millennium, Axel Rudi Pell shows his softer side once again. This is not only a compilation of his best and most recent ballads, it also includes 3 newly recorded tracks, including an acoustic version of the sleeper hit Forever Angel and a cover of the Rainbow classic The Temple Of The King.
