Superstar

Available in the U.S. only on 12' vinyl, '(Rap) Superstar' is one version of the first single from the hit Rap trio's 2000 album 'Skull & Bones', due out April 25th. The album is to be a two disc set with massive crossover potential as one disc will feature rap tracks ('skull') and the other will contain rock tracks ('bones'). 'Rap Superstar' contains excerpts of interviews with Noreaga and Eminem. Conversely, the other version of the song, 'Rock Superstar' (a mix of which is included here) features excerpts from interviews with Everlast (of House Of Pain fame) and Chino Moreno (Deftones) discussing the problems they've countered in the course of their respective careers and their advice to naive beginners just getting started. A video for both versions exists & the band's Muggs produced, arranged & mixed 'Superstar'. Soul Assassins/ Columbia is going for radio adds on 'Rock Superstar' this week.
