This flowing yoga class features an inspirational class of students ranging in age from 45 to 82! Guided by Susan's soothing voice and accompanied by relaxing music, this is a motivational video will inspire mature yoga students to achieve a stronger body and more peaceful mind.

Susan teaches a flowing sequence of poses that are linked together. This allows the body to move gently into the poses and smoothly transition from one pose to the next. A common comment after one of Susan s classes is "I never thought I could do that!"

Yoga for the Young at Heart is the first of three videos in Susan's Basic Series. We recommend that beginners start with this video. As you progress with your practice, comfortably and at your own pace, all three videos in this series can be used interchangeably for a variety of classes in your ongoing yoga practice.
