Haworth Inc. announced in Oct. 23, 1995, its acquisition of Leeds, AL-based Office Group America, which generated sales of about $150 million during the year. E.M. Warburg, Pincus and Company Inc. signed an agreement on Dec. 21, 1995, to purchase Knoll Group Inc., which has 3,600 employees and an annual sales of $600 million.
